Standard tracked shipping rates will be calculated based on the weight of the garments. Once your order has shipped you will be automatically notified with an e-mail containing the tracking number. All merchandise ships from Victoria, BC, Canada.
Additional international duties and taxes may be placed on your order if it is shipped outside of Canada. All duties, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are dependent on the country's customs policy and payable by the customer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the current circumstances regarding COVID-19, Basic Nurse Apparel will not be able to provide customers with exchanges or returns. However, we encourage you to contact customer service if you have any issues with your garments and we will do what we can to make sure you get a sweatshirt you love! Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your product.
